I commend i-Link staff for their helpfulness and friendliness.  Each person has made the preparations, interview and follow-up process easy for me.  They help bridge the gap to the big unknown for many students who are studying overseas for the first time. Not only do they give informative details about the University, but they offer practical tips to life in the UK.  A special thanks to Cathy, Sarah and Judy for the tremendous help and support they have given me.
